1201.膜分离技术深度处理造纸废水的研究

以二级生化处理后的造纸废水为研究对象,探讨了絮凝沉淀预处理和膜分离技术深度处理造纸废水的最佳工艺条件.研究结果表明,在阳离子聚丙烯酰胺添加量1.5 mg/L、聚合氯化铝铁添加量150 mg/L的条件下进行絮凝预处理时,絮凝效果能达到超滤膜进水要求.超滤膜操作压力控制在0.04～0.10 MPa、膜通量在12 ～ 17 L/h时,膜处理性能较好.废水经过超滤、纳滤和反渗透处理后,电导率降到12 μS/cm左右,TDS去除率达98％左右,CODcr去除率达90％以上,废水浊度已检测不到,完全达到生产回用水质标准.

1202.气相色谱-串联质谱法测定涂布纸中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂

以丙酮为萃取溶剂,采用微波辅助萃取技术提取涂布纸中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,提取产物进行气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS)测定,从而建立了一种同时测定涂布纸中多种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的快速检测方法.该方法的精密度(RSD)均小于14％,加标平均回收率为83.6％ ～104.1％.在信噪比为10(S/N=10)的条件下,DINP、DIDP和DMPP的定量下限分别为0.2、0.2、0.1 mg/kg,其余各组分的定量下限均小于0.05 mg/kg.采用该方法对市售涂布纸进行测定,结果在部分涂布纸中检出多种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂.
