建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定纸品中丙烯酰胺含量的方法.样品中的丙烯酰胺经超纯水在60℃的条件下提取,离心分离,0.45 μm滤膜过滤并浓缩后,采用固相萃取柱进行净化,然后通过高效液相色谱进行分析测定.该方法的检出限为10 μg/kg,具有操作方便、准确率高、重复性好等优点,可用于各类纸品中丙烯酰胺含量的检测.

热压工艺是提高湿法成形芳纶纸基材料性能的重要环节.本实验采用SEM观察了间位芳纶复合纸表面及横截面在热压过程中的微观结构变化规律,并借助图像分析技术,分析了间位芳纶复合纸纸张孔隙结构的变化,结合间位芳纶复合纸力学性能,优化了间位芳纶复合纸的热压工艺,当热压温度为130℃时,间位芳纶复合纸的紧度、抗张强度、伸长率分别约为未经热压处理时的4、5和7倍.
