此次续标，按中选排名由低到高进行排序，排序前40%的产品为A 类，排序40%-70%的产品为B 类，其他中选产品为C 类，此三类分别按采购需求量的95%、85%及65%进行分量；医疗机构填报采购需求量但未中选产品采购需求量的95%以及中选产品系统的待分配量共同组成剩余量，由医疗机构自主分配给A 类产品及该医疗机构已填报采购需求量产品中价格最低的产品，且分给A 类产品的量不少于剩余量的50%，与此前意见稿规则相似。
