国企市场化薪酬改革正在提速。《经济参考报》记者获悉，一方面，上海、广东、山东、江西等多省市纷纷开始制定国企改革相关细化方案。其中，继续深化混合所有制改革、优化国资监管体系将成为改革重点，薪酬改革试点也将扩大；另一方面，国资委等相关部门正在积极酝酿政策，通过扩大试点的方式，逐步增加国企高管的市场化选聘比例。

8 月，新材料产业继续保持良好发展势头。产量方面，不锈钢厂商利润持续改善，带动不锈钢产量保持增势；原料成本上升，锂电主要材料产量增速放缓。进出口方面，人民币大幅升值背景下，产品出口增速显著放缓；国内高端制造业平稳增长，进口保持高增长态势。

8 月份，化工行业运行稳中趋缓，工业增加值增速再度小幅下滑。同时，行业收入继续保持高位，利润增速有较大提高。1～ 8 月，化学原料和化学制品制造业工业增加值同比增长 3.9%；投资继续呈现下降趋势，并且降幅较上月扩大，1～ 8 月，化学原料及化学制品制造业完成固定资产投资 8924.59 亿元，同比下降 2.1%；化工产品价格继续保持高位，8 月份化学原料及化学制品制造业出厂价格指数为 108.4 点，比上月增长 0.8 点。

上半年尿素产量大幅下滑带来国内尿素社会总库存较年初大幅下降近 60%，同期港口库存大幅下降至 46 万吨，考虑到后期开工率难有大幅上行，预计四季度库存仍将持续低位。
