在俄罗斯“改革”年代，尽管不同派别的作家对“改革”的态度各不相同，但普遍比较关心政治，表现出较高的政治热情，有的人积极参加政治活动甚至从政。本文主要讲述了在苏联解体，后自由派作家的失望和消沉，爱国者的痛惜和反抗，以及持不同政见作家的反思和教训。

2020年新冠肺炎疫情冲击美国社会，凸显了美国公共卫生治理的困境。受新冠肺炎疫情影响，美国经济陷入深度衰退，全年经济大幅波动。大选年政治博弈加剧，分裂、对抗与斗争始终都是2020年美国国内政治和社会运行的主旋律。国内矛盾进一步加剧，社会权力面临特权化、碎片化、非理性化三重困境，多股思潮相互对冲，严重扰乱社会秩序，美国宪政体制面临多重挑战。美国外交呈现“双层博弈”特点，国内政治因素对美国外交政策的影响凸显。特朗普政府通过挑起国际争端来转移国内矛盾，同时利用“外交胜利”助推国内选情。展望未来，2021年美国经济摆脱衰退的可能性较大，但由于结构性问题复苏幅度有限。美国政治僵局持续，“特朗普主义”将会继续影响美国政治。防疫机制改革迫在眉睫，科学抗疫、合作抗疫重归主导。拜登团队执政后将适度回归自由国际主义路线，推行多边主义外交，力图发挥美国的主导作用。

Enterprise file synchronization and sharing (henceforth, referred to as EFSS), is a software service that enables the organizations to synchronize and share documents, photos, videos, and files in a secure manner. Organizations adopt these technologies to help employees avoid using consumer-based file sharing applications and software, to store, access, and manage, in order to ensure data security.  For instance, enterprises workstation dominantly uses Windows, Mac OS, Linux OS, whereas, mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones, used by their employees use Android, iOS as the dominant operating systems. It creates a considerable challenge for an organization/institution to create a solution that supports these different platforms. This led to the emergence of multiple players in the market that offer EFSS solutions. Automated workflows for creating, editing, and publishing documents improve business processes and collaboration among staff members. The advantages of providing the capability for better use of existing content have been the primary reason driving the market demand.

In particular, Azerbaijan planned to pass to an economic model not to depend on oil in 2016.The government mainly focused on the development of the country’s export potential in 2016, namely, the expansion of non-oil goods and services and the creation of more favorable conditions in the investment sphere.Azerbaijan has recently invested billions in the development of marine, rail, automotive,communal, social infrastructure. As a result, Azerbaijan turned into a major transit country in the region.An important event of 2016 was the coordination of the details of implementing the North-South corridor project, which will become a bridge to connect the railways of Iran,Azerbaijan and Russia. Thus, the expansion of the transport routes will further increase the country's attractiveness for investors by supplying the products produced in Azerbaijan to other markets.

Uncertainty has a cycle, like everything else, which threatened to peak in 2016, as geopolitical risk took centre-stage in shaping the fortunes of global corporates. Our view: the net effects of anti-trade sentiment from growing nationalism, protectionism, and Brexit are likely to outweigh greater hope for fiscal stimulus in corporates’ investment planning.An overall stable outlook for corporate ratings in 2017 also fails to show persisting high levels of regional disparity. Net Negative Outlooks and Watches improved strongly in the U.S, but Latin American corporates are facing increasingly challenging conditions and a weakening credit trend with Negative Outlooks comprising 31% of our international rating portfolio. The slow recovery from the recession in Brazil, weak domestic growth rates in Chile, tax reforms in Colombia, and economic uncertainty in Mexico will continue to pressure ratings over the next 12 to 18 months.

整體而言，2017年國際經濟情勢尚未撥雲見日，台灣經濟風險仍存。根據本院2016年11月初公布之預測，2016年經濟成長率估計為1.17%，2017年GDP成長率預測為1.65%，較2016年成長0.48個百分點。在本院公布2017年預測之後，行政院主計總處也於11月底提出對於2017年景氣的看法，2016年經濟成長由1.22%調整至1.35%，而2017年經濟成長為1.87%。雖然各預測機構有志一同認為2017年經濟成長幅度略勝於2016年，但與過去相比，不到2%的成長力道顯示台灣經濟仍未完全走出低氣壓。

备受瞩目的《中华人民共和国和大韩民国政府自由贸易协定》以及《中华人民共和国政府和澳大利亚政府自由贸易协定》于2015年12月20日起正式生效。韩国几澳大利亚的生产商可以利用相关优惠政策提高其在日益增长的中国市场的占有率。
