2012年全球油气资产并购市场保持活跃，交易总金额高达2320亿美元，较2011年上升52%，创历史新高。除了交易中的资源评价中的长期油气资源价格异于往年外，2012年全球油气资源并购活动还呈现出国家石油公司收购活跃，国际石油公司出售资产规模较大，非常规油气资源交易中“涉油”交易超过“涉气”交易，以及LNG有关并购项目数量骤增等新趋势。预计2013年全球并购活动仍将聚焦热点地区和热点资产，非常规油气资产和LNG相关项目仍是全球并购的重点，国际石油巨头的并购行为将趋于理性，而亚洲国家石油公司将继续引领油气资源并购市场。

380493.第二批三网融合试点城市现状及融合策略

2012年12月30日，国务院办公厅公布了三网融合第二阶段试点城市(本文称为第二批试点城市)名单，42个城市榜上有名。其中直辖市2个(天津、重庆)，计划单列市1个(宁波)，省会城市22个(石家庄、太原、呼和浩特、沈阳、广州、海口、成都、拉萨、南昌等)，其它城市17个(其中江苏7个，湖北8个，广东2个)。经过半年的工作，取得了一定的进展。然而面对政府提出的“十二五”期间国家三网融合实质性推进的计划，仍有较多的问题需要探讨。

中国埋深2000米以浅煤层气地质资源量达36.81万亿立方米，可采资源量是10.87万亿立方米，具备规模开发的资源基础。经过多年探索实践，煤层气产业，特别是地面开发取得了较大进展，但与预期存在一定差距。体制、技术、经济性及基础设施等是制约我国煤层气产业发展的主要因素。为此，国家能源局出台了《煤层气产业政策》，在煤层气产业技术创新、矿权重叠、资源配置、经济效益等方面提出了明确的政策意见，为加快煤层气产业发展步伐创造了有利的外部环境。中国煤层气产业将进入全新发展时期。

The old GB 6932-2001 has been referred to “household gas fast heating boiler”; when it comes to the new GB25034-2010, this product was renamed as “gas water heating boiler”. Gas water heating boiler (wall mounted gas boiler for short) is a kind of wall mounted household gas appliance which can be used for home heating and to provide household hot water.

In 2011, the Semiconductor market in China received the majority of its revenue from the Computing segment with around 48 percent of the market share. The rapidly emerging Communications segment contributed around 28 percent of the revenue in 2011. Moreover, the Communications segment is expected to take the leading position in the Semiconductor market in China during the forecast period.
