中国钢铁新闻网08月02日消息，中国物流与采购联合会钢铁物流专业委员会发布的2013年7月份钢铁行业PMI指数为52.5%，今年以来第二次站在50%的荣枯线以上。该机构发布报告认为，对后市预期良好。同时，7月生产指数仍居高位，钢企对后期需求预期强烈，如果环保政策、淘汰落后产能执行不到位，未来粗钢产量可能继续回升。点评：整体来看，在稳增长逐步出台和落实的刺激下，市场对于后期用钢需求释放的预期较强，国内钢价有望获得提振。但市场价格经过了近一个月的大幅拉涨后，继续上行的动力也略显不足，预计将以震荡趋稳运行为主。

2013年上半年汽车消费投诉上升快。《新民晚报》8月1日报道，中国消费者协会日前在京发布“上半年组织受理消费者投诉情况”，共受理消费者投诉265572件，解决244601件，投诉解决率92.1%，为消费者挽回经济损失59057万元。受理投诉情况显示，与消费者生活密切相关的衣、食、住的投诉比重，同比有所下降；而行（交通工具类）的投诉比重略有上升，投诉15084件，占投诉的5.7%，同比上升0.4%。商品投诉中投诉量居前5位的，依次为通讯类产品、食品、服装、汽车及零部件、鞋类。全国消协认为，特别是汽车及零部件，值得引起重视，投诉量由2012年同期的第6位上升到2013年的第4位。
