6 月份，美国废纸市场中的低标号废纸价格再现疯狂。受低标废纸的回收进入季节性淡季所带来的回收量下滑，与美国第一大废纸出口商——美国中南公司和第二大废纸出口商——Ralison 等主要废纸出口商再度加大在美国废纸市场增储行动所导致的低标号废纸供应紧俏再度升级，将美国低标号废纸的内销和出口价格再度推高。并形成了#8 旧报纸的价格出现连续“6 连涨”的景况。从近一个的价格涨幅看，美国回收量最大的低标号废纸——#11AOCC 的内销价格和出口价格涨幅最为显著；与此同时，美废#8 旧报纸的内销和出口价格则连续第 6 个月出现上涨，显示出新闻纸产量持续下滑所导致的旧报纸回收量，给其价格涨势所形成的支撑超过预期；而#3 混合废纸内销价格上涨，但上涨区域主要集中在美国西部区域，而在东部地区许多地区的内销价格则变化不大。这是否是#3 混合废纸的内销价格阶段性见顶的信号，还需市场验证。

据不完全统计，中国境内每年报废的废铅酸蓄电池总量在 400 万吨左右，且年增长率保持在 15%上下，铅资源再生循环量呈不断上升的态势。而再生循环的比例与发达国家相比相差甚远(美国 95%，日本 100%，其他国家均在 85%以上，中国 45%)，究其原因主要在于废铅酸蓄电池回收体系不健全，制度不完善，流向无序等制约性问题所导致。
