In broad terms, packaging refers to the technology of enclosing a product for the purpose of storage, distribution, sale, and use. Flexible packaging is a non-rigid method of packaging. Packaging products are made of flexible or easy-yielding materials which can easily change shape based on the nature of the product being packaged. Flexible packaging materials include plastic, aluminum, and paper. These materials undergo a detailed conversion process such as printing, lamination, coating, and extrusion to develop different types of flexible packaging products such as plastic bags and pouches, lidding films, foil bags, and sachets. Packaging these days is not only used to protect a product from spoilage, but it has also become important in improving the overall esthetic appeal of the product, providing essential information about the product, maintaining the freshness of food and beverages, and providing convenience for consumers in terms of handling/carrying the product.

Tires are an integral component of automobiles and are manufactured using raw materials such as natural rubber, nylon tire cord fabric, and carbon black. Rubber chemicals and synthetic rubber, including stirene-butadiene rubber and poly-butadiene rubber, are also used in manufacturing tires. Off-highway tires are used in various off-highway vehicles and equipment such as mining, construction, earthmoving, agriculture, and farm vehicles and equipment.

针对生物可降解材料聚乳酸的一些缺点,提出了几种改性的方法,并对聚乳酸成型加工常用的两种方法,即挤出成型和注射成型做了介绍,最后对聚乳酸的应用进行了展望.

通过微乳液聚合的方法将聚苯胺( PANI)接枝到酸化碳纳米管表面,再将原始碳纳米管、酸化碳纳米管、PANI接枝碳纳米管及纯PANI分别添加到丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ASS)中.运用红外光谱、X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜对不同阶段的碳纳米管进行了表征；扫描电子显微镜观察发现,PANI接枝碳纳米管在ABS基体中的分散性优于原始碳纳米管；电性能结果表明,在相同添加量的情况下,PANI接枝碳纳米管与其他填料相比,抗静电效果最佳.
