854.改性硅藻土吸附壳聚糖-胍盐微球及其在抗菌纸中的应用

采用离子交联法制备了壳聚糖-胍盐纳米微球复合抗菌剂,采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠对硅藻土进行改性,用改性硅藻土对壳聚糖-胍盐微球复合抗菌剂进行吸附,制备了改性硅藻土吸附抗菌剂,研究了硅藻土改性前后对壳聚糖-胍盐微球的吸附行为。红外光谱分析表明,壳聚糖与胍盐复合后没有产生新的特征峰,只是主要特征峰发生了位移,说明二者是通过物理交联而结合在一起。硅藻土对微球的吸附基本在10 min之内达到平衡,并且改性后的硅藻土对微球的吸附量有所增加。将含有硅藻土/壳聚糖-胍盐微球的涂料涂在纸张表面制备抗菌纸,由抗菌实验发现该抗菌纸对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有较好的抑制作用。

855.生活用纸浆料纤维分析(Ⅲ)

对F卫生纸厂原生浆系列及G卫生纸厂废纸浆系列卫生纸原纸生产线生产的卫生纸原纸及其浆料进行纤维染色分析,对比了用原生浆及废纸浆抄造的卫生纸原纸的纤维形态;并将原生浆与脱墨浆按不同比例混合,分析了脱墨浆配比对混合浆纤维形态的影响。结果表明,随脱墨浆比例的增加,混合浆荧光白度增幅较大;有效残余油墨含量基本呈上升趋势,但脱墨浆比例不超过40%时,有效残余油墨含量较低,不超过标准值(20 mg/kg)。随脱墨浆比例的增加,黄色机械浆纤维及未分散开的纤维束含量增加。

856.高固含量高岭土分散体系特性的研究

采用Minitab软件中的田口设计实验方法,研究了高固含量高岭土所构成分散体系的特性,分析了分散速度、分散剂和NaOH用量对分散性能的影响,同时研究了高固含量高岭土分散体系的回黏现象。研究结果表明,分散剂用量是影响高岭土分散效果的主要因素;当固含量74%、分散剂用量0.05%、NaOH用量0.01%、转速2500 r/min、分散时间15 min时,高岭土分散体系黏度最低,分散效果最佳。

857.均相Fenton氧化降解对木素模型物对羟基苯丙酸去除效果的研究

以木素类模型物对羟基苯丙酸(HL)为研究对象,研究了均相Fenton试剂对HL的降解,探讨了体系pH值、H2O2用量、Fe2+用量、HL溶液初始质量浓度、反应时间、紫外光照射等因素对HL降解的影响。结果表明,在室温条件下,当体系原始pH值4.0时,加入2倍理论用量的H2O2,Fe2+与H2O2摩尔比为1∶100,反应60 min后,初始质量浓度为60 mg/L的HL溶液,其去除率可达79.2%;体系在紫外光照射下可形成协同效应,降解速度显著加快,同样条件下反应20 min,溶液中HL和TOC去除率分别可达到98.3%和79.6%。

858.APMP废液与聚丙烯酰胺的复配及其应用

对APMP废液的主要组分进行了定性和定量分析,并将APMP废液与不同类型PAM(高分子质量PAM、低分子质量PAM、两性交联型PAM)和Al2(SO4)3按照一定比例复配,以替代部分淀粉用于瓦楞原纸表面施胶。同时,探讨了不同类型PAM及其用量对瓦楞原纸性能的影响。研究结果表明,加入相对分子质量为1000万的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的表面施胶剂对瓦楞纸强度性能的提高最显著,且Cobb30值最低。

859.草酸处理竹材的水解液pH值与水解得率的关系

以硫酸盐法生产溶解浆时,需先用预水解的方式去除原料中的半纤维素。实验探讨了以竹材为原料进行水预水解及草酸预水解过程中,水解液终点pH值与水解得率的变化规律。实验结果表明,在水预水解过程中,水解液的pH值与得率均会达到一个相对稳定值,而且,温度越高,达到相对稳定值越快;在草酸预水解过程中,草酸用量为1%时,水解液pH值变化不大,基本维持在3.2~3.3之间,但是得率随水解时间的延长而下降;草酸用量≥3%时,随水解反应的进行,pH值逐渐增大、得率逐渐降低,而后趋于稳定,而且,草酸用量越高,pH值及得率相对稳定值越低。在这2种水解过程中,水解液pH值与水解得率有很好的线性关系;温度对直线斜率影响不大;草酸用量越高,斜率越小。

860.甘肃武威博物馆馆藏大藏经用纸的相关工艺研究

利用光学显微镜、显微激光拉曼光谱、X射线荧光光谱、X射线衍射等技术,对甘肃武威博物馆馆藏大藏经用纸的纤维、填料以及染色、书写、绘制材料等方面进行了较为全面的观察和测试,旨在探明其相关工艺和保存状况。分析结果指出,该大藏经用纸以亚麻、苎麻、构皮及棉花等纤维为原料,经过石灰浸沤及切割、舂捣加工,并以高岭土为填料,制成用于书写经文的纸张。再以靛蓝染色,并以石墨涂敷纸张、赭石描框,最后,以银泥书写经文。该大藏经的保存状况不甚理想,粘连、虫蛀等损害和破损程度都颇为严重,亟待修复保护。此项工作为元明时期河西地区宗教用纸的研究以及该批大藏经的修复和保护提供了重要信息。
