22041.水性聚丙烯酸酯顿感包覆CL-20

以CL-20(六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷)为主体炸药、水性聚丙烯酸酯为胶粘剂,采用泥浆法制备了CL-20基PBX(聚合物粘接炸药)。通过FE-SEM(冷场发射扫描电镜)、XRD(X射线衍射)法对PBX的性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:泥浆法可使水性聚丙烯酸酯成功包覆在CL-20颗粒表面,包覆前后CL-20的晶型没有变化,包覆后CL-20的撞击感度明显降低,其热安定性更好。

22042.转盘离心粒化中丝状成粒特性

针对转盘离心粒化工艺,以水为工质开展可视化实验。采用高速摄影仪对液膜波动、液丝断裂等粒化过程进行了捕捉,并利用MATLAB自编程序对获得的图像进行了处理。分析了离心粒化过程中液丝形成过程以及液丝断裂形成液滴的过程。研究了运行工况对液丝、液滴形成机制的影响。讨论了液丝形成对液滴形成的影响并获得了Weber数、Reynolds数对粒化效果的影响程度。结果表明,表面不稳定波是形成液丝的主要因素,且液丝在Rayleigh不稳定性的作用下断裂形成液滴。升高转速或者减小流量有利于获得均匀的小液滴。Weber数对液丝、液滴形成具有显著影响;Reynolds数仅对液丝数目有显著影响。

22043.浮型铝银粉的生产工艺技术研究

针对国内浮型铝银粉的分散性和贮存稳定性差等缺点,对浮型铝银粉工业生产的关键技术进行了研究,通过对溶剂置换用溶剂和表面处理助剂种类及用量、搅拌时间以及分散处理时间的选择性研究,确定了最佳的生产工艺条件。选择芳烃类溶剂用于溶剂置换,用量与浮铝型银浆质量比为2∶1;选择磷酸酯类助剂为表面处理助剂,用量为滤饼中所含铝的质量的5%;搅拌3 h,分散处理时间为16 h,所制得的浮型铝银粉分散性和贮存稳定性好。
