综合分析近年来有关精准扶贫激发内生动力问题的文献可以发现，其研究基本上都集中在对激发内生动力重要性的研究、内生动力的理论基础、内生动力不足的原因、激发内生动力的方法措施和实现路径等方面，而少有对我国实施精准扶贫政策以来典型贫困县在激发内生动力问题上形成的成功模式的系统研究和经验分析。寻甸县地处云南省东北部，是一个集“民族、贫困、山区、老区”四位一体的国家级贫困县，属于我国乌蒙山区38个连片开发县之一，2014年全县贫困发生率达26.93%。经过几年的精准扶贫工作，2017年末全县贫困发生率降至0.35%，在全省率先脱贫，并能持续稳固脱贫成果，2018年该县贫困发生率又降至0.25%。这虽然涉及众多的成功因素，但与其独特的“三讲三评”激发内生动力扶贫模式是分不开的。本章对寻甸县“三讲三评”激发内生动力扶贫模式进行系统研究，并将其中的宝贵经验进行分析、凝练，找寻该模式的内在机理，并对推广该模式的可行性进行探讨，以期为我国脱贫攻坚事业和全球减贫提供参考和借鉴。

6 月三项PMI 指数全部回落，预示经济扩展放缓。2021 年6 月制造业PMI 为50.9%，比上月小幅下降0.1 个百分点，已经连续3 个月下降；非制造业PMI 为53.5%，比上月明显下降1.7 个百分点；综合PMI 为52.9%，比上月下降1.3 个百分点，为近5 个月低点。6 月三项PMI 指数全部下降，反映经济复苏势头出现放缓。
