9 月Myspic 钢价指数下跌0.83%。Myspic 长材和扁平材价格指数月涨跌幅分别为0.20%和-2.10%。9 月28 日，螺纹期货主力合约收盘价3944元/吨，月涨跌幅-3.48%；螺纹现货4550 元/吨，月涨跌幅2.48%。热卷期货主力合约收盘5145 元/吨，月涨跌持平；热卷现货4090 元/吨，月涨跌幅0.12%。

三季度钢价维持高位，分产品呈现长强板弱格局。根据Myspic 价格指数，三季度平均综合指数159，环比二季度上涨5.43%，其中长材环比上涨7.52%，扁平材环比上涨2.97%，三季度显示出明显的长强板弱局势。

截至10 月12 日，已有10 家钢铁企业发布三季度业绩预告或三季报，其归母净利润均同比增长，鞍钢股份、柳钢股份、韶钢松山等6 家企业三季度单季归母净利润环比也有大幅提升。预期受益于价格增长以及成本控制，三季度钢铁板块整体盈利有望再突破。三季度，各地环保限产不断，供给端压力大，推升钢材价格走高，特别是长材在各品种间价格涨幅尤为突出，螺纹钢成本滞后模拟毛利季度平均值为1355 元/吨，环比增长20.23%，盈利扩大尤为显著。

具体来看，下半年以来，《打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动计划》、《京津冀及周边地区2018-2019年秋冬季大气污染综合治理攻坚行动方案》意见稿等多项政策先后出台。今年铝行业采暖季限产政策主要变化：1.限产覆盖城市上减少了河南省巩义市，增加了河南省济源市，巩义是铝加工大县，铝板带箔产能占全国近25%，今年限产没有提及巩义，电解铝下游加工受影响较小，铝需求有望好于去年。2.明确错峰生产产能标准，错峰生产基准产能以2018年9月产能计。预计今年实际限产产能或高于去年。

根据我的钢铁网统计数据，8月17日，全国70家样本矿山企业日总产量7.52万吨，较上次统计上升4.30%，产能利用率41.60%，较上次统计（39.80%）上升1.80个百分点，总库存59万吨，较上次统计下降15.71%。8月6日-8月12日，海外铁矿石发货总量2419.10万吨，较上次统计增加39.00万吨，其中澳洲1573.1万吨，减少4.0万吨；巴西846.0万吨，增加43.0万吨；印度0万吨，与上次统计持平。

7 月份核心经济数据延续经济惯性，整体基调偏弱；财政与货币政策基调已经明显缓和，财政与信贷宽松线索由等待政策调整转向等待政策时滞；基建投资的增长点可能来自于专项债的加速发行，Q3 可能逐渐迎来基建钢需的加速释放；信贷约束的宽松则更多依赖于货币传导机制的疏通，建议从SHIBOR 表征的流动性线索追踪宽货币政策向信贷缓和传导的进程。
