一向自给自足的英特尔开始为别人代工芯片，以前“芯片外包”的科技巨头们却踏上了自研之路。毕竟自己动手，丰衣足食。从苹果到谷歌，从电脑到手机，产品搭载的芯片正在慢慢转化为自己制造。在芯片是软肋也是铠甲的今天，号角已经吹响，竞争还在继续。芯片市场尽显低调的谷歌，一出手便放了个大招。当地时间周一，谷歌宣布，该公司定于今年秋季推出的Pixel 6系列手机将搭载其自研智能手机芯片处理器Google Tensor。据了解，Pixel 6和Pixel 6 Pro手机将于今年10月正式推出，搭载新一代谷歌张量处理器（TPU），这款新芯片支持人工智能技术，能改善语音识别，并提高照片和视频的处理。谷歌表示，Tensor芯片将让谷歌Pixel 6、Pixel 6 Pro成为迄今为止最快、最智能、最安全的Pixel手机。在此之前，谷歌所有Pixel手机都使用高通公司开发的处理器。对此高通仍然表示，未来将继续与谷歌密切合作，开发基于其骁龙平台的产品。

我们维持判断，即目前美国经济存有的“消极”信息，尚不会使美联储改变既定的货币政策正常化节奏。预计在8 月26-28日杰克逊霍尔全球央行会议，以及9 月21-22 日的FOMC 会议上，美联储将不断提供新的线索，为正式宣布讨论Taper 做铺垫，而正式开始实施Taper 仍可能是今年年底或明年年初。

首先，欧央行新策略的“力度”仍然不及美联储的新框架。其次，新策略不会促使欧央行在中期明显加大逆周期调节力度。再次，新策略不会使欧央行在本轮疫情后的货币政策上做出大的调整，对短期市场情绪的影响有限。最后，我们建议进一步关注欧洲经济复苏前景及相关投资机会。

因为6 月议息会议以来经济形势的发展尚不足以令委员们对taper 达成一致意见，但关于此次会议上关于taper 进展的表述仍值得关注，尤其美联储究竟会传递“偏鸽派”还是“偏鹰派”的货币政策信号，无疑会影响到海外资产（尤其是美债）的走势。
