2013年1-8月份，国民经济继续向好，电力行业整体运行平稳，全国电力供需总体平衡，但受季节性因素影响，部分地区在高峰时段仍出现少量电力缺口。具体来看，电力投资较快增长，且继续向电网投资倾斜，电源、电网投资结构失衡局面持续改善；全社会发电量明显回升，但水电、火电出力继续“分化”，水电出力持续下滑，连续两个月呈现负增长，为火电出力留出空间，同时因高温炎热负荷激增，火电发电量增速显著提高；全社会用电量大幅增长，第二产业用电量增速继续提升，第三产业及城乡居民生活用电量均较快增长。另外，随着发、用电量明显回升，同时受益于发电成本的持续下滑，电力行业经营状况继续向好。

从三家基础电信运营商的半年报财务数据看，2013年上半年，中国移动实现营运收入3031亿元，同比增长10.4%。数据业务收入达到954亿元，同比增长25.5%，占营运收入比重上升至33.5%；无线上网业务收入达到474亿元，同比增长62.2%。归属母公司所有者净利润为631亿元，同比增长1.5%。每股基本盈利为3.14元，同比增长1.3%。资本性支出570亿元。

The vision of the NEAMS program is to bring truly predictive modeling and simulation (M&S) capabilities to the nuclear engineering community in order to enable a new approach to the analysis of nuclear systems. NEAMS anticipates issuing in FY 2018 a full release of its computational Fermi Toolkit aimed at advanced reactor and fuel cycles. The NEAMS toolkit involves extensive software development activities, some of which have already been underway for several years, however, the Advanced Modeling and Simulation Office (AMSO), which sponsors the NEAMS program, has not yet issued any official guidance regarding software licensing, release, and distribution policies. This motivated an FY12 task in the Capability Transfer work package to develop and recommend an appropriate set of policies. The current preliminary report is intended to provide awareness of issues with implications for work package planning for FY13. We anticipate a small amount of effort associated with putting into place formal licenses and contributor agreements for NEAMS software which doesnt already have them. We do not anticipate any additional effort or costs associated with software release procedures or schedules beyond those dictated by the quality expectations for the software. The largest potential costs we anticipate would be associated with the setup and maintenance of shared code repositories for development and early access to NEAMS software products. We also anticipate an opportunity, with modest associated costs, to work with the Radiation Safety Information Computational Center (RSICC) to clarify export control assessment policies for software under development.

The RTCA has recently released DO-178C and DO-278A as new certification guidance for the production of airborne and ground-based air traffic management software, respectively. Additionally, RTCA special committee SC-205 has also produced, at the same time, five other companion documents. These documents are RTCA DO-248C, DO-330, DO-331, DO- 332, and DO-333. These supplements address frequently asked questions about software certification, provide guidance on tool qualification requirements, and illustrate the modifications recommended to DO-178C when using model-based software design, object oriented programming, and formal methods. The objective of this paper is to first explain the relationship of DO-178C to the former DO-178B in order to give those familiar with DO- 178B an indication of what has been changed and what has not been changed. With this background, the relationship of DO-178C and DO-278 to the new DO-278A document for ground-based software development is shown. Last, an overview of the new guidance contained in the tool qualification document and the three new supplements to DO-178C and DO-278A is presented. For those unfamiliar with DO-178B, this paper serves to provide an entry point to this new certification guidance for airborne and ground-based CNS/ATM software certification.

Fertilizers nutrients are organic or inorganic substances that are added to the soil to enhance or replenish nutrients lacking in the soil; such nutrients are indispensable for plant growth. These fertilizer nutrients may be available naturally or may have to be synthesized. The lack of nutrients in the soil may be caused by a number of factors such as soil erosion and inadequate rotation of crops. In addition, the increased use of the same land for crop production reduces the nutrients in the soil. Although these nutrients can be replaced by crop residues or other organic matter over time, such replenishment does not provide optimum fertility.The Global Fertilizer Nutrients market is expected to witness a steady growth rate during the forecast period. The APAC region dominated the Global Fertilizers market with a share of 53-57 percent, followed by the EMEA region and the Americas. In the APAC region, Asia was the largest revenue contributor to the overall market. On the whole, the market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 3.83 percent during the forecast period.

Remittances have been very instrumental for the economic growth of developing nations and have also resulted in higher revenues for developed countries. A country from which remittance is sent is known as the source and a country to which the remittance is sent is known as the destination. A majority of remittances, the world over, are sent by migrants back to their households to meet household expenses, medical needs, and educational expenses of their children. In the earlier days, migration was limited to within a particular country and remittances were sent through informal channels. For instance, if a co-worker of a migrant belongs to the same village, then he would carry the remittance from the migrant and to the remitter's family. However, with the increase in intra-country and cross-border migration, there have been greater initiatives undertaken by financial institutions to facilitate overseas remittances.
