Motor operates as the power source of the vehicles,which is one of the most important parts in the vehicle system.This paper is going to find out the speed control method of the DC motor of Golf electrical cars from both theory and practice.A virtual instrument,which produces the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal,is developed with LabVIEW to control the motor speed.This smart motor speed controller differs from the traditional mechanical control of DC motor in daily life,and is instructive and significant as a new speed control method of vehicle motor.

The project focuses on various aspects of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and its significance to today's automotive signal/data communication systems that include navigation, communication, safety, information and entertainment. The requirements of various data transmission networks (interconnecting wiring and connection system) to provide interface to various systems will be discussed. The importance of EMC assurance to minimize the systems emissions and susceptibility to electromagnetic Interference (EMI) will be examined. The research focuses on the identification of critical parameters that affect the performance of the data transmission network, the development of test methodology and the analytical techniques to properly define its performance characteristics.

With GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) and the QT cross-platform development tool,we design an intelligent tracking and assistance system.The system consists of the user and the terminals.The user can track the old,while the terminal can send alarm messages to the user when the old press the alarm button.We design and implement the display,alarm,help and query functions.Also,the system has good portability and scalability.

An automobile power-train active mount system with a piezoelectric stack actuator is introduced.The influence caused by power-train to the body of the car is analyzed by means of parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control,on which the simulating results are based.It turns out that this control scheme can restrain the influence better caused by power-train to the body of the car.

This paper presents the design of an intelligent fire truck,which is based on the STC89C51 signal chip and realizes tracing,obstacle avoidance,alarm,putting out a fire and so on.The truck uses a model car chassis as a frame,STC89C51 as a microcontroller and including DC motor,flame detector,infrared tracing module with some other circuits.The truck has taken advantage of all the chips and the comprehensive performances in each part reasonably,and the intelligent fire truck can work very well.

217.基于Adams/Car的汽车侧风稳定性仿真分析

The vehicle simulation model of 78-DOF is built based on ADAMS/CAR.Both rationality and accuracy of simulation model are verified by comparison analysis methods between real vehicle test and virtual simulation test.The mathematical model of wind pressure center and lateral aerodynamic force are formulated by using the STEP function.The simulation results indicate that the vehicle has the excellent crosswind stability and congruent dynamic response,which agrees with United States (ESV) standard.

The research of the expanding broken technology of engine connecting rod (also known as the fracture splitting technology) is based on some known factors which effect on connecting rod splitting to make comprehensive analysis on 36MnVS4,the material of connecting rod which is suitable for the fracture splitting technology,it analyses the effect of each chemical composition in steel on mechanical and physical properties,for material steel of new type fracture splitting connecting rod,and makes a theoretical analysis on the fracture splitting technology of the engine connecting rod.Through the analysis and research,a new method to research the fracture splitting of connecting rod is determined,as well as gets some rules to affect process parameter.

219.基于BP神经网络的CNG汽车注气控制研究

Compressed natural gas (CNG) automobile is an emerging new energy car.How to control gas injection is the key technology of CNG electronic control system.At present,the control based on the MAP graph is used usually,but this control method has some shortages,for example larger data,poor adaptive capacity and difficulties in data updating.BP neural network control has adaptive and self-learning,nonlinear processing ability and high generalization,and faults tolerant ability in processing information.In this paper,BP neural network is used to control natural gas injection in order to solve the shortage of the MAP picture control.Simulation experiment shows thefeasibility and advantage of this method.

Based on the research of the CAN/LIN bus communication protocol,an automobile lamps diagnostic system based on the CAN/LIN bus is designed.After the completion of the software and hardware designs of CAN nodes,LIN nodes and CAN/LIN nodes,the faults of automobile lamps can be successfully diagnosed.LIN node collects light switches and the gateway controls the car light's status via detecting the data frame on the LIN bus.The design and complementation of CAN node,LIN node and CAN/LIN gateway was finished,which made it possible to detect failures in vehicle
