以聚碳酸酯(PC)为基材，丙烯酸类和有机硅类树脂作光扩散剂，研究不同种类、用量和粒径的光扩散剂对PC基光扩散材料力学性能、透光率和雾度的影响。结果表明，加入有机硅类光扩散剂对PC基光扩散材料的拉伸强度基本无影响，对缺口冲击强度有一定影响。光扩散剂的粒径在一定范围内对PC基光扩散材料的雾度有影响，粒径大的其雾度稍高。光扩散剂用量对PC基光扩散材料的透光率和雾度影响较大，添加质量分数为0.3%的有机硅类光扩散剂C时，PC基光扩散材料的有效光扩散系数达到76.7%，透光率为80.8%，雾度为94.9%，具有很好的实际应用价值。

1368.大规格斜拉索高密度聚乙烯防护套挤出成型的研究

针对400丝以上大规格斜拉索高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)防护套存在着易开裂及外观质量差等质量缺陷问题，在挤出成型防护套的过程中，通过合理设计口模结构尺寸以增加模具压力、合理调控机头温度、调整好口模中内外模的间隙、对原材料PE-HD进行增韧改性等方法，使PE-HD均匀地包覆在裸索上，并紧密地粘附成一体，形成的防护套厚度均匀、无银纹且其与裸索之间没有间隙。通过以上措施，制备的大规格斜拉索防护套在生产制造、张拉检测、卷盘运输、施工安装环节中，当其受到挤压、弯曲、拉伸等应力的作用时，没有开裂等隐患现象发生。

1370.熔融挤出温度对PA6／LiCl复合材料结构与性能的影响

通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射仪研究了熔融挤出温度对聚酰胺(PA)6/LiCl复合材料结晶行为和力学性能的影响。结果表明，熔融挤出温度越高，LiCl与PA6的络合反应程度越大，PA6/LiCl复合材料的结晶不完善程度增大，结晶度减小；随着熔融挤出温度的提高，PA6/LiC复合材料的弯曲强度、拉伸强度均先减小后增大，分别在260℃和240℃时出现最小值90.19 MPa和46.82 MPa，缺口冲击强度则先增大后减小，在250℃时达最大值2.30 kJ/m2。
