  • 1215.玻纤增强PA66复合材料挤出流动性能的研究*

    采用毛细管流变仪,研究了30%玻纤(GF)增强尼龙(PA)66复合材料在270~300℃下的挤出流动性能。结果表明,剪切速率、温度对GF增强PA66复合材料熔体的流动性能均有影响。复合材料熔体的表观黏度随剪切速率的增加而降低,其对温度的依赖性符合Arrhenius方程。在实验结果的基础上,进一步对熔体流动的本构方程进行修正,建立了剪切速率、温度和黏度之间的关系模型。计算了模型中表征材料挤出流动性能的物性参数。

  • 1216.含磷阻燃剂阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的性能研究

    研究了无卤、含磷添加型阻燃剂红磷、包覆红磷、聚磷酸铵、包覆聚磷酸铵、含磷膨胀型阻燃剂PNP、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐等6种阻燃剂对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料阻燃及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着阻燃剂添加量的增加,阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的极限氧指数(LOI)总体上呈升高趋势,拉伸强度呈先上升后下降趋势,而冲击强度呈逐渐下降趋势。包覆红磷和包覆聚磷酸铵阻燃材料的阻燃性能和力学性能均明显好于普通红磷和聚磷酸铵阻燃剂,PNP阻燃材料具有最佳的阻燃性能和力学性能,当PNP添加量为25%时,阻燃材料的LOI为29.5%,拉伸强度和冲击强度分别为5.3 MPa和8.7 kJ/m2。

  • 1217.聚乙烯醇纤维增强热塑性淀粉塑料的研究

    采用双螺杆挤出法,以甘油为增塑剂,研究了质量分数为0.25%~2%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维对热塑性淀粉(TPS)的增强作用.通过SEM、电子拉力机、热重法和流变仪分别研究了PVA纤维含量对PVA/TPS体系的拉伸断面形貌、力学性能、热稳定性以及加工性能影响.结果表明,PVA纤维在TPS中具有良好的分散性,可有效提高材料的力学性能,当PVA添加量为1.5%时,体系具有最佳的力学性能(拉伸强度为3.8 MPa,断裂伸长率为158%);PVA纤维添加量对体系的热稳定性基本没有影响;流变性能表明少量PVA纤维的加入可以提高加工性能,随着其含量的增加,加工性能变差.

    挤出机是我国上半年塑机出口中唯一出现下滑的品类,上半年我国挤出机出口额14906万美元,同比下滑了10.3%,其在我国塑料机械的出口比例也缩小。   俄罗斯依然是我国挤出机的最大出口国,尽管上半年俄罗斯经济增长情况远不如预期,但1~6月份其聚合物主要制品产能同比上涨10%。当然,虽然当前俄罗斯经济还没有到衰退的地步,但其停滞的经济状态也给企业造成压力,上半年俄罗斯从我国进口挤出机同比减少了15.2%。

  • 1219.环保型增塑剂松香十二醇酯的合成与表征

    以松香、十二醇为原料,在无溶剂和氮气保护下,通过酯化反应合成了环保型增塑剂松香十二醇酯。在催化剂的筛选及最佳反应温度确定的基础上,通过L9(34)正交实验详细研究了松香十二醇酯的合成工艺,确定了最佳反应条件,即松香中树脂酸与十二醇的物质的量之比为1∶2.5,催化剂浓H2SO4用量为松香质量的5%,反应温度控制在140~145℃,反应时间为8 h。由此合成的产物产率为75.1%。然后通过傅立叶变换红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、核磁共振氢谱、热重分析等手段对产物进行了表征和测试。结果表明,合成的产物即为目标产物松香十二醇酯,而其主分解温度为295℃,可以作为具有一定耐温性能的环保型增塑剂来使用。
