2041.差相磁场对水平连铸3004铝合金铸锭内部组织的影响

采用差相磁场水平连铸技术生产了直径为100mm的3004铝合金铸锭,采用宏微观组织观察、金相分析等方法研究差相磁场对3004铝合金水平连铸铸锭内部组织的影响.试验结果表明:差相磁场可以有效减小皮下偏析层的厚度,改善铸锭的铸态组织,施加差相磁场后3004铝合金铸态组织由粗大的柱状晶转变为细小均匀的等轴晶.

2043.出口欧美ADI链轮的生产技术

为稳定生产抗拉强度大于1400 MPa,屈服强度大于1100 MPa的ADI铸件,首先应选择优质炉料、球化剂和孕育剂,并采取多次孕育等措施,从而可得到优质球铁毛坯.然后采用闪点为320℃的油作为淬火介质,780℃预处理和920℃保温2 h+240℃淬火3h的等温淬火工艺.最终产品的金相组织和力学性能均达到了质量要求.

2044.轻型数控成形机主体结构有限元分析与优化

轻型数控成形机是基于无模化制造技术而开发的一种可直接对砂型进行加工以获得所需铸型的数字化成形设备,其主体结构是整个成形机的基础和框架,也是承载压力的最重要组件.因此,轻型数控成形机主体结构的设计与开发不仅直接影响成形机的性能与使用寿命,而且是反映成形机整体设计水平的重要因素.本研究通过有限元模拟对成形机主体结构的两种设计方案分别进行静力学分析以及模态分析,优化出更为合理的结构方案,并确保成形机整体安全、可靠.其研究结果为轻型数控成形机的结构设计提供了有效的理论依据.

2045.低温铸态无Ni球墨铸铁的试验研究

研究了在废钢增碳工艺条件下,化学成分、球化及孕育对低温球墨铸铁铸态力学性能、低温性能及金相组织的影响.结果表明:废钢增碳条件下,成分为3.4%~4.0%C,1.7%~2.2% Si时,-20℃低温冲击吸收功≥12 J,-40℃时≥10J;采用包底复合球化、包底孕育、出铁随流孕育、浇注随流孕育的复合孕育工艺使材质金相组织球化达到2级,石墨大小6级90%、5级10%,铁素体>90%.

2047.Sn对Mg-Al合金性能改善的电子理论分析

在Mg-Al合金中加入Sn合金,能有效地提高合金的强度和蠕变性能.试验研究表明,Sn对Mg-Al合金蠕变性能的改善主要是通过Mg2Sn第二相强化而实现的.本研究中运用固体与分子经验电子理论(EET)研究了α-Mg、Mg2Sn的价电子结构,通过计算共价电子对数和键能,探讨Sn对Mg-Al合金强度和抗蠕变性能提高的机理.
