摘 要：Power Line Communication (PLC) systems provide a bidirectional communication platform capable of addressing a variety of Smart Grid applications, such as home energy management and intelligent meter reading and control. One benefit of using power line communication on the power grid is that it makes use of the intrinsic electrical infrastructure rather than using other wired or wireless alternatives. Home appliances and home energy management systems can communicate with no additional wiring and minimal configuration by the homeowners.
