摘 要：There are many common misconceptions on the objective, efficiency, and use of security on the Internet in general, and the Web in particular. This has directly contributed to the lack of real security in applications and services in the past. Well documented vulnerabilities and attacks have undermined the average user's confidence in the Internet. This trend will continue until better security tools are made available and safer computing is practiced by administrators and end users.
