摘 要：This paper describes application of a complex band-pass (BP) Δ∑ DA modulator to I-Q signal generation for communication IC testing. We examine the characteristics of the complex BP Δ∑ DA modulator and confirm the effectiveness of Data-Weighted Averaging(DWA) algorithm for real and complex multi-bit multi-BP Δ∑ DA converters. We also present theoretical analysis and simulation results.
