摘 要:

Cysteine is a non-essential, sulfur-containing amino acid, found in most proteins. It is one of the 20 standard amino acids required by human beings. Cysteine can be produced from various sources, such as - animal and human materials (feathers, hair, pig bristles, hooves, etc.) and from corynebacterium glutamicum, bacillus sphaericus, and glucose. It is rich in pig hair and human hair residue, thus the cost is low. Its upstream raw materials mainly include: sodium hydroxide L-cysteine monohydrate, DL-cysteine among others. Cysteine produced by German fermentation process are made from strarch as the basic raw material, and does not contain any animal raw material. Therefore, German products are more suitable for Muslim, Jewish, and other developed countries in Europe and Americas.
