摘 要：This future research needs (FRN) report is based on an Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) comparative effectiveness review (CER) titled First- and Second-Generation Antipsychotics for Children and Young Adults. The purpose of the CER was to review and synthesize the evidence regarding the benefits and harms of first- and second-generation antipsychotics (FGAs and SGAs) (see Tables A and B) for the treatment of various psychiatric and behavioral conditions in individuals 24 years of age or younger. Table C shows the key questions from this CER.
