摘 要：The least squares polynomial regression constraints program LSPRWC presented in this report is a computer code written to perform a least squares polynomial regression on a given set of data pairs or observations with the option to impose constraints on the regression polynomial. The FORTRAN 77 computer program listing, as well as detailed information on theory, program structure, and limitations, are given along with two sample cases.
