摘 要：The ministry of finance oversees the Israeli insurance system through the commissioner of the capital markets, insurance and savings division(CMISD). The supervision of the insurance companies in the system is based on insurance laws, regulations, circulars and instructions. However, the control of financial services(Insurance) law 5741-1981 is the principal legislation for the supervision of the insurance system in the country.
