摘 要：This report provides a summary of research and development (R&D) activity and accomplishments, with respect to the development of SPARNET, for U.S. Army contract number W911QY-11-C-0012 - Integrated Short Range, Low Bandwidth, Wearable Communications Networking Technologies. The research and development (R&D) efforts conducted in this project were aimed at the implementation of an integrated short-range, low-bandwidth, wearable communications, sensing, and networking, based on software-defined-radio (SDR) technology.
