摘 要：A VFD is a type of motor controller that controls the motion of a motor by varying the frequency and voltage supplied to the motor. VFDs are also known as variable speed drives, adjustable speed drives, adjustable frequency drives, AC drives, microdrives, or inverters. Drives are classified into two broad categories based on technology: AC drives and servo drives. Drives are widely used in the Manufacturing industries to regulate and control fans, conveyors, machine spindles, and pumps during the production process.
