摘 要：The VA Office of Inspector General (OIG) Office of Healthcare Inspections conducted a review in response to an allegation that a patient of the Amarillo VA Health Care System, Amarillo, TX (system) received negligent care resulting in permanent kidney damage, which in turn, led to multiple other medical problems. The purpose of the review was to determine whether the allegation had merit.
