摘 要:BPM as a service refers to business processes integrated with cloud services, such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. This solution helps to improve visibility in business processes and virtual workplaces, and helps in decision making. Also, the solution optimizes business processes and increases profitability through process design, process engines, rules engines, and process analytics. It is also used to simulate, automate, and monitor business processes in various sectors, such as Human Resources (recruitment, training, and performance management), Sales and Marketing (pre-sales and post-sales), Manufacturing (invoicing), CRM (accurate, up-to-date information), and R&D (improved infrastructure and effective management of processes). BPM as a service is also referred to as cloud BPM, and the terms are used throughout this report interchangeably.
