摘 要：This report examines the activities of industry and companies in the heavy construction sector across the Asia-Pacific, focusing on Australia, China and Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. The report aims to give a general picture of the current environment as well as global and regional affairs that influence the development of the various segments of the industry, using available data. A number of industry segments are examined, namely: roads; bridges; tunnels; water and pipelines projects; public construction; and construction equipment and machinery.
