摘 要:Pumps are mechanical devices that turn energy into mechanical work by displacing liquids and propelling coolants around a system, increasing its operational performance. Different pumps use various energy sources such as electricity, wind power, engines, and manual operation. They are used in various industries such as aerospace, agriculture, power, water and wastewater, power generation, mining, chemical processing, hydrocarbon processing, food and beverages, oil and gas, pulp and paper. Based on their operational modes, pumps can be classified into two types: centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
