232.基于OV6620的自循迹小车路径识别技术研究

This paper proposes extracting black line with small-scale method in the self-tracing car system based on OV6620 as the video sensor unit.Describe the hardware design of OV6620 and other two kinds of image signal extracting methods,which are to extract black line from left to right,and extract black line from middle to both sides.The testing shows that extracting black line with small-scale method has good stability,accuracy,and anti-interference.

Motor operates as the power source of the vehicles,which is one of the most important parts in the vehicle system.This paper is going to find out the speed control method of the DC motor of Golf electrical cars from both theory and practice.A virtual instrument,which produces the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal,is developed with LabVIEW to control the motor speed.This smart motor speed controller differs from the traditional mechanical control of DC motor in daily life,and is instructive and significant as a new speed control method of vehicle motor.

235.燃油喷油泵柱塞弹簧的模糊多目标优化设计

Fuzzy theory and multi-objective optimization technology were applied to design fuel injector pump plunger spring based on consideration on its force condition.The mathematical model for the multi-objective optimization design was built under the objective of the maximal fatigue safety coefficient,the minimal weight and height,with the design variable of wire diameter d,mean diameter D and working circle n.Then,the fuzzy solution of multi-objective optimization were use to solve the model.

236.集装箱侧吊自加载装置的设计方法

The self-loading device used for side-crane is put forward.Its structure is presented.Based on the force analysis when the side-crane works at flat ground,the mathematical model is established when the crane working at uneven ground.And the design calculation is performed.The self-loading device's optimal design is accomplished.Based on the above calculation results,the self-loading prototype is manufactured.And the design method can be adopted to the similar equipment's structural design.

We conducted a vehicle analysis to assess the feasibility of thermoelectric technology for waste heat recovery and conversion to useful electrical power and found that eliminating the 500 W of electrical power generated by the alternator corresponded to about a 7increase in fuel economy (FE) for a small car and about 6for a full size truck.We obtained critical vehicle level information for these driving cycles that enabled a highlevel design and performance analysis of radiator and exhaust gas thermoelectric subsystems for several potential vehicle platforms, and we identified the location and geometric envelopes of the radiator and exhaust gas thermoelectric subsystems.

240.电动汽车无刷直流电机的仿真研究

Aiming at working out how to apply the brushless DC motor to the electric car,a control systemwas designed after a series of related researches.With the basic principles and methods of operating the brushless DC motor being studied,the sirmlation model of controlling the brushless DC rrotor was designed by MATLAB software,and the related parameters were analyzed and studied.The results showed that the brushless DC motor had good controllability,which made it suitable for the application to the electric car.
