The research of the expanding broken technology of engine connecting rod (also known as the fracture splitting technology) is based on some known factors which effect on connecting rod splitting to make comprehensive analysis on 36MnVS4,the material of connecting rod which is suitable for the fracture splitting technology,it analyses the effect of each chemical composition in steel on mechanical and physical properties,for material steel of new type fracture splitting connecting rod,and makes a theoretical analysis on the fracture splitting technology of the engine connecting rod.Through the analysis and research,a new method to research the fracture splitting of connecting rod is determined,as well as gets some rules to affect process parameter.

222.基于Adams/Car的汽车侧风稳定性仿真分析

The vehicle simulation model of 78-DOF is built based on ADAMS/CAR.Both rationality and accuracy of simulation model are verified by comparison analysis methods between real vehicle test and virtual simulation test.The mathematical model of wind pressure center and lateral aerodynamic force are formulated by using the STEP function.The simulation results indicate that the vehicle has the excellent crosswind stability and congruent dynamic response,which agrees with United States (ESV) standard.

Aiming at the requirements of reducing the wires and cost of vehicular electrical systems,it is presented a scheme of the network control system for car lights.It is firstly introduced the characteristics of Controller Area Network (CAN) bus which is generally implemented in control systems for modem car lights.Moreover,the hardware design processes related to the network control system for car lights is elaborated in this paper.

In the paper,an in-car audio entertainment node is designed,which is a kind of pre-installed automobile electronic assemblies.In order to reduce auto wiring harness and solve the communication problem between nodes,the hardware and software of the electrical control system were designed by using body CAN bus technology.The product has been successfully applied in a model which is made in joint ventures with foreign auto makers.The practical operation shows that functions are practical and reliable.It reaches completely design requirements,with good user experience and value.

225.基于可拓工程的车身理想基本模型获得的变截面方法

Through obtaining the solutions for conflict problem in the auto-body styling aerodynamic design cooperating extension engineering, a variable cross-section method based on aero dynamic theoretical model to obtain ideal basic shape for car body is proposed.A theory model based on aerodynamics is developed.In addition, a generation method for a series of ideal basic bodies with favorable aerodynamic characteristics is developed, which enables the generation of these basic bodies by a variable cross-section method.This method is finally realized and it is shown in the evaluation that it is a new way for the auto-body styling design based on whole shape optimization.

226.基于遗传算法的汽车动力传动系统多目标优化研究

Simulation model of automobile power train has been built using ADVISOR,on the basis of Genetic Algorithm Tool Box,the paper takes a mini car as example to carry out performance simulation calculation and power train parametric optimization design.The result show that automobile power performance and fuel economy and emission performance have been greatly improved. It is an important approach to optimize its matching parameters on reducing the fuel wastage,improving dynamical performance and decreasing the emission of waste gas. It is a better approach to cope with automobile power train match optimization by integrating ADVISOR's accurate simulation with Genetic Algorithtn's searching optimization with high efficiency.

The self-balanced two-wheel Cars are often devised in various competitions,and are involved in this direction in many large games.Based on the Freescal Semiconductor XS128 series single-chip microcomputer as the core controller,with the gyroscope and angle sensor to achieve two-wheel Car self balance,the self-balanced two-wheel structure,the balance principle and the control algorithm are introduced emphatically,and the self-balanced two-wheel car is finally completed through repeated testing.
