11月份，受经济趋稳影响，全社会用电增速连续两月环比回升。轻工业用电增速仍然高于重工业；四大高耗能行业用电增速环比提高；城乡居民生活用电持续回升。受四川水电装机增加，湖北、广西、贵州等省份上年同期来水偏枯、基数低等因素共同作用，水电发电量连续五个月高速增长；火电发电量连续五个月同比下降，1～11月份累计火电发电量出现罕见负增长。电网投资较上年略有增长，电源投资下降幅度继续收窄，全国基建新增略有减少。

14399.槽式太阳能集热系统动态仿真

根据槽式太阳能集热器光热转换过程的特点建立了集总参数模型,并通过了实验验证.据此,建立了集热系统的模块化仿真模型,对集热系统稳态、动态特性进行了分析研究.结果表明,太阳直射辐射、传热流体入口温度及流体流量３个主要因素影响集热场的运行特性.当太阳直射辐射量由９００W/m２ 下降为０时,集热系统的时间常数约为５min;传热流体流量由１１．４m３/h突升至２２．８m３/h及突降到５．７m３/h时,时间常数分别为２．７min及８．２min.

14400.凝结水精处理运行优化技术在１０００MW机组上的应用

利用西安热工研究院有限公司自主研发的凝结水精处理混床运行诊断和优化专家系统对某超超临界１０００MW 机组凝结水精处理系统进行了运行诊断,找出了凝结水精处理系统高速混床(高混)和体外分离及再生设备存在的问题,并对其进行了运行参数调整试验,并进行了运行优化.优化后,该系统高混的周期制水量由７万m３ 升至１３万m３,失效树脂经分离塔分离后阴离子交换树脂(阴树脂)中阳离子交换树脂(阳树脂)所占份额由原来的１．２％降至０．１％,阳树脂中阴树脂所占份额由原来的０．５４％降至０．０８％,运行周期内混床出水水质指标全部满足标准要求,长期运行热力系统水汽指标显著提高.
