摘 要:Foodservice refers to the sale of food and beverages that have been prepared out-of-home for immediate consumption either on the premises from where they were purchased or for takeaway and home delivery. It also includes meals prepared outside households for students or working and business classes. The Foodservice industry offers its services to cafeterias, hospitals, cafés, pubs, nightclubs, bars, and hotels. Foodservice applications are also increasing in schools, colleges, universities, and restaurants as students and people in offices often tend to have their daily meals in a cafeteria.
