Many of the pico projectors are available on Amazon, the US website; however, pico projects from major brands including Vivitek, Optoma, and Sony are not available online. Most of the pico projectors run up to 2 hours on their internal batteries and have 6 or 12-volt chargers and adapters. Though external battery packs option is available, it is not offered by the manufacturers.
