摘 要:

The global food emulsifiers market recorded a revenue of USD 3316.57 million in 2018 and is expected to reach USD 4556.86 million by 2024 at a CAGR of 5.6%, during the forecast period (2019 – 2024). • Food emulsifiers that are approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are considered to be healthy, as few of the emulsifiers like lecithin and polyglycerols aids in reducing trans-fats and gluten, and are labeled organic and non-GMO. Hence, there has been a rise in the usage of food emulsifiers in bakery and confectionary products like bread, ice cream, and cake.
