摘 要：Oil content in the ocean needs to be monitored for the human beings to track the health of our marine ecosystem as well as to take any early action regarding natural seeps and human-made oil spills. Sensitive, robust, reliable, and low power sensors are needed to establish sensor network in the ocean for high temporal and spatial resolution oil content monitoring.
