摘 要：Caprolactam is an intermediate polymer which is used in the production of nylon 6 fibers and nylon 6 resins, accounting for 98 percent of the total caprolactam produced. Nylon 6 fibers are used in textile, carpet, and industrial yarns while nylon 6 resins are used in engineering plastics in the Automotive industry, Films and Coatings industry, Wire and Cable industry, and the Electrical industry. Caprolactam uses benzene and cyclohexane as a raw material in its production process.
