摘 要:Household furniture has both aesthetic and functional value. As the cost of maintaining a large house is on the rise, end-users are opting to live in smaller houses. Furniture — beds, tables, storage cabinets — can take up a lot of space in a house, making small houses look even smaller. Therefore, some end-users prefer folding furniture, as it can be closed up and put away when not in use. However, folding furniture need not be strictly utilitarian at the expense of quality and aesthetic appeal. Like traditional household furniture, folding furniture can be a synthesis of form and function.
