摘 要:An Integrated Circuit (IC) is an electronic circuit that is used as a processing unit in electronic devices. An IC may also be referred to as a chip or a microchip. China is a manufacturing hub for IC manufacturing. The IC Manufacturing industry develops and markets a set of products and services for the Global Electronics market. The key processes in IC manufacturing include packaging and testing, chip manufacturing, and IC design. The availability of low-cost manufacturing inputs in China for the manufacturing of ICs is a key reason for the thriving industry in the country.
