摘 要:Aerosol propellants consist of two components: the aerosol and the propellant. Aerosols are a mixture of liquid or solid particles suspended in air or gas, while propellants are chemicals used to generate pressure and push the content out of the aerosol container. Aerosol propellants are convenient for dispensing a wide variety of products, are easy to use, and provide a targeted stream of product that ensures reduction of wastage. Based on product type, aerosol propellants are classified as hydrocarbons, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide, DME, CFC, and others. Aerosol propellants are used widely in various applications such as personal care, household, pharmaceutical, paints and coatings, industrial, and other related applications.
