摘 要：Energy demand continued to rise throughout developing Asia over the last six months, driven by shifting economic, environmental and geopolitical factors, coinciding with a very tight global oil supply.Oil prices trended upward, after bottoming at US$89.22 a barrel on June 22 due to the European sovereign debt challenges and China’s slowing economy.Leading oil and gas companies in the region continued to climb back from recession, benefitting from a recovering global economy that spurred rises in crude prices.
