Their inert nature and ability to preserve products for a long period make them a popular choice in the F&B industry. Plastic film packaging is also preferred by the F&B industry as its attractiveness aids in promotions. It is used by other industries for the packaging of various products, such as automotive parts, industrial goods, pharmaceutical products, and other consumer goods. The various materials used in the manufacturing of packaging films are BoPET, BOPP, cellulosic, CPP, EVOH, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PVC, PVDC, PVOH, and polyamide.
