摘 要:Li-ion batteries are mainly used in devices such as laptops, smart phones, notebooks, and tablets, owing to their high energy density and rechargeable properties. The newage battery is also finding increasing use in EVs, especially in tandem with the growing popularity of BEVs and PHEVs. Li-ion batteries consist of one or more energy generating compartments called cells. Each cell has three components: a positive electrode (cathode), a negative electrode (anode), and an electrolyte between the two electrodes.
