  • 81.基于整合某种专门车辆电源和控制器区域网络总线技术的燃料消耗预测模型的可行性研究

    With the development of automobile technology, it becomes possible to estimate fuel consumption by using the driving parameters from the electronic control unit (ECU) and output the calculation results via the controller area network (CAN) bus. As a result, it is feasible to design an approach for estimating fuel consumption by integrating vehicle-specific power (VSP) and CAN bus technology because of the accessibility and stability of the CAN bus. To determine whether the CAN-based measured data can be used to build the relationship between VSP and fuel consumption to replace the traditional fuel consumption meter, a comparison of fuel consumption data collected from the ECU and the fuel consumption meter is conducted in this study. Results show that the relationship between the fuel consumption rate and VSP bin built by the CAN bus data is consistent with the relationship derived from the fuel consumption meter; this finding indicates that the CAN bus technology can be used to describe the relationship between vehicle activities and fuel consumption rates for light-duty vehicles. In addition, a comparison of CAN-based measured data with VSP-based predicted data shows that the prediction approach that integrates VSP and CAN bus technology needs an aggregation level of 60 s or longer, which thus can be used to estimate a long period of fuel consumption accumulation and a fuel consumption factor for various travel speeds and road types.

    An automobile power-train active mount system with a piezoelectric stack actuator is introduced.The influence caused by power-train to the body of the car is analyzed by means of parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control,on which the simulating results are based.It turns out that this control scheme can restrain the influence better caused by power-train to the body of the car.

    A global route planning method for intelligent vehicle is presented here based on the comparison,selection and development of classic figure search algorithms.In addition,the effects of traffic signs in road network are also be considered in the method,so to insure that any traffic laws such as steering or passing through is violated.With the testing results,the method in the paper can decide an effective(or shortest distance) and legitimate global route for intelligent vehicle's driving guide,and the algorithm is running efficiently enough to meet the real time need when it should work temporarily during vehicle driving.

    Simulation model of automobile power train has been built using ADVISOR,on the basis of Genetic Algorithm Tool Box,the paper takes a mini car as example to carry out performance simulation calculation and power train parametric optimization design.The result show that automobile power performance and fuel economy and emission performance have been greatly improved The power train has great influence on automobile power performance and fuel economy and emission performance.It is an important approach to optimize its matching parameters on reducing the fuel wastage,improving dynamical performance and decreasing the emission of waste gas.Genetic Algorithm is kind of global searching and optimized algorithm which integrates the principles of biological evolution with optimization technology and computer technology.ADVISOR,advanced simulation software,was developed on the basis of MATLAB/Simulink and can rapidly analyze automobile power performance,fuel economy and emission performance.It is a better approach to cope with automobile power train match optimization by integrating ADVISOR's accurate simulation with Genetic Algorithtn's searching optimization with high efficiency.

    The risk of motor vehicle crashes (MVCs) associated with on-the-job operation of motor vehicles or exposure to road traffic hazards affects millions of workers in the United States, and this risk cuts across all industries and occupations. MVCs are consistently the leading cause of worker fatalities, affecting workers who drive all types of motor vehicles during their work day . passenger cars, heavy trucks, fire apparatus, and many others. A wide variety of interventions may be applied to prevent work-related MVCs: administrative controls such as seat belt policies, distracted-driving policies, pre-trip vehicle checks, driver training, reduced travel, and fatigue management; and engineering controls such as more crashworthy vehicles, advanced driver assistance systems, or active safety systems. Questions remain as to which are the most effective interventions to protect workers from risks of work-related MVCs. Through strategic planning, research, collaborations with stakeholders, and communication of research results and prevention, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is working to ensure that recommended solutions to prevent work-related MVCs and resulting injuries are based on sound research and are clearly communicated to employers and workers. The NIOSH Center for Motor Vehicle Safety (CMVS) is the focal point for activities within the Institute that address this pressing occupational safety problem. The CMVS was designated in December 2010 to strengthen and sustain the Institute's research and prevention activities to reduce work-related motor vehicle crashes and resulting injuries. It is a 'virtual' Center through which researchers from across the Institute and external partners from government, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academia, labor, and industry bring complementary expertise to identify crash risk factors, develop and evaluate workplace interventions to prevent crashes, and communicate the results to employers and other stakeholders. The NIOSH CMVS is guided by the vision that: All workers who are exposed to hazards of motor vehicle traffic while working have the highest possible levels of protection from the risk of motor vehicle crashes and resulting injuries. The primary purpose of the 5-year strategic plan for the NIOSH CMVS is to define the priority areas for research and prevention initiatives through 2018.

    Compressed natural gas (CNG) automobile is an emerging new energy car.How to control gas injection is the key technology of CNG electronic control system.At present,the control based on the MAP graph is used usually,but this control method has some shortages,for example larger data,poor adaptive capacity and difficulties in data updating.BP neural network control has adaptive and self-learning,nonlinear processing ability and high generalization,and faults tolerant ability in processing information.In this paper,BP neural network is used to control natural gas injection in order to solve the shortage of the MAP picture control.Simulation experiment shows thefeasibility and advantage of this method.

    The dimention for muffler has great impact on the car engine.Based on software GAMBIT,GT-POWER,SYSNOISE,through comprehensively using finite element and boundary element method,simulating and analyzing the acoustic performance for the basic noise reduction unit,establishing the finite element model,comparing the frequency and noise reduction of different volume ratio of cavity and throat tube.Simulation analysis and experimental results show that the resonant structure parameters have a direct effect on its resonant frequency and noise reduction amount,the relationship characteristic between them is that the ratio more bigger,the requency and noise reduction amount more bigger,too.And draw the two relation formulas through calculation.

    Vehicle power train plays an important role to develop the energy efficient and reduce fuel consumption.In this paper,the drive train fuzzy controller structure and the fuzzy logic control strategies of parallel hybrid vehicles is presented.Simulation results illustrate the potential of the proposed controller and control strategy in terms of fuel economy and in keeping the deviations of SOC at a low level.

    In order to better utilize available capacity in high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes, states are permitted to allow certain qualifying non-HOVs to use HOV lanes. In general, states may allow motorcycles, public transportation vehicles, high-occupancy toll (HOT) vehicles, and low-emission and energy-efficient vehicles to use HOV lanes. For any or all of these types of vehicles, the states must establish programs addressing candidacy, enrollment, and management of the lanes. In the case of tolled vehicles, dynamic pricing is the primary control that limits the potential to cause congestion in the lanes. In the case of the energy-efficient vehicles, the programs typically include decals, licenses, license plates, or stickers, that serve to identify and, in some cases, cap the number of allowed to use the lanes vehicles.
