针对真实世界大数据应用，以区块链为基础设施，构建支持数据溯源、隐私保护、以患者为中心的数据共享平台，开发了原型系统，进行了关键算法验证，基于最小哈希的局部敏感哈希的非标注数据溯源技术，结合区块链，实现数据来源可追溯可信可验证；设计专门的隐私保护隔离区，采用容器和虚拟机双层隔离保护机制，程序将加密发布的真实世界数据下载到隔离区内，解密后分析处理，用后解密明文立刻销毁，实现数据隐私保护；同时使用区块链、控制流图、最小哈希、局部敏感哈希等技术登记分析程序指纹，进行计算程序身份安全验证.

为解决关键信息基础设施运营者在漏洞管理工作中的困惑，深化推进《中华人民共和国网络安全法》和《关键信息基础设施安全保护条例》的落实工作，构建我国关键信息基础设施保护体系.通过系统分析国内外关键信息基础设施保护的发展历程、漏洞管理相关标准、关键信息基础设施漏洞管理前沿理论，论述了关键信息基础设施运营者漏洞管理工作标准化的必要性.将关键信息基础设施漏洞消控管理工作归纳为漏洞管理、资产管理、补丁管理、人员管理、组织管理5要素和准备、规划、执行、监控、变更5阶段的管理模型，漏洞消控管理5要素与5阶段交叉细分为32个工作过程，建议根据该模型编写具有我国特色的关键信息基础设施漏洞运营者漏洞管理指南类标准.

面向新基建，中国电信提出“云网融合”转型战略，率先提出和践行“全光网”理念。其中，骨干全光网先行一步，目标是形成一张覆盖全国的一二干线融合骨干全光网络，夯实新型信息基础设施的带宽基石。基于需求分析，对中国电信骨干全光网当前采用的技术以及未来发展趋势进行深入分析，包括高速大容量全光传输、扩展波段、新型光纤、全光交换等技术。对相关技术研究和产业发展工作提供参考，共同推动全光网技术的发展。

基于我国数据共享开放的发展趋势以及科研数据安全管理的相关政策，对我国计量行业数据分级分类的现存方案进行研究。对国内20个国家级数据共享平台以及美国的相关数据分级分类方法展开调研，讨论了我国计量科研数据分级分类方法的不足，并从数据安全以及数据管理的角度提出了计量数据安全等级划分模型以及计量数据分级分类编码方法。

电商平台流量均明显下跌，外卖跑腿受冲击明显：电商头部平台用户规模遭遇天花板，同时受宏观压力与需求回落影响，各项指标均存在不同程度下降，头部平台手机淘宝MAU、DAU、日均使用时长和人均单日使用时长环比分别下降2%、4%、6%、2%。本地生活应用同样受到宏观与疫情的影响，尤其是与地区疫情情况联系紧密的外卖跑腿类应用受冲击较大，美团外卖与饿了么MAU、DAU、日均使用时长、人均单日使用时长环比下降分别为：4%、7%、12%、5%和9%、9%、10%、0%。
