20 世纪以来，国内轮胎企业发展迅猛，结构性产能过剩加剧，随着近几年环保压力和行业自发出清叠加，过剩有所缓解，表现为大型轮胎企业产能利用率充足而中小型尤其是小型轮胎企业产能利用率严重不足，行业平均开工率中枢不断下滑，但是大型企业开工率持续维持 80%以上高负荷。
