国内通航产业发展远落后于美国主，我国直到 2010 年，才开始在 9 个试点地区推进低空空域划分工作，且开放空域只有 1000 米。《关于促进通用航空业发展的指导意见》要求实现真高 3000 米以下监视空域和报告空域无缝衔接，并明确原则上通用航空用户仅向一个空管单位申请或报备飞行计划、长期飞行计划只作一次性申请。通航发展最大瓶颈即将打开，按产业链受益顺序：空港设备、机场雷达及空管系统、专业级无人机、通用航空器、通航运营。

最近，在第十九届中国北京科技产业博览会上，一项“中国原创”重大发明成为世界各地专业人士和国内外媒体的焦点，甫一出现便刷爆了各大媒体平台和朋友圈，它甚至还引起了交通部副部长的关注与称赞。“空中巴士”名字叫做巴铁，是一种新型城市轨道交通工具，由巴铁科技公司研发创造。

全球导航卫星系统（GNSS）指能在地球表面或近地空间的任何地点提供全天候 3 维坐标、速度、时间信息的空基无线电导航定位系统。目前全球形成“ 1+3”格局，即美国 GPS、俄罗斯 GLONASS、欧洲 GALILEO 和中国北斗（BDS）。北斗系统对中国军、 民用都有不可估量的战略价值。

申报标准和门槛放宽催生新增万亿市场，“十三五”城市轨道交通建设进入高峰期。截止2015 年底国内26 个城市累计开通城市轨道交通运营线路达到3,612 公里。我们预计“十三五”期间新增里程3800 公里，同比“十二五”期间增长超过100%，拉动投资2.6-3 万亿元。根据已批复的建设规划，到2020年地铁轨交规划里程8500 公里，比2015 年新增近5000 公里，意味着2016 年之后5 年将是我国城市轨道交通建设进入高峰期，2016、2017 年分别新增790 公里、854公里，远超过十二五期间年均新增380 公里。据《经济参考报》报道，对申报发展城市轨道交通的城市人口要求将从城区人口达300 万人以上，下调至150万人以上。符合申报条件的城市共有272 个，城市轨道交通对地方GDP 拉动明显，可大幅改善交通拥挤状况，提升城市形象，将进一步激起各地建设的热潮，我们预计将有56 个城市符合新的条件，有望带来万亿级投资空间。

海洋是人类未来最重要的发展领域之一，是全球资源和军事力量的必争之地，海洋信息化是研究海洋、开发海洋和利用海洋的基础，也是得到制海权的必要手段，海洋信息化发展是大势所趋。我国前些年在海洋科技领域的投入较少，海洋观测系统的建设与发达国家相比差距较大，随着我国海洋问题的不断凸显，目前正在加速发展以弥补之前落下的差距，海洋信息化风口已至。

关注北斗产业链主题投资。 依据新华社报道， 近日在长沙召开的第七届中国卫星导航学术年会上获悉，目前我国正在制定《卫星导航条例》，并已列入《国务院 2016 年立法工作计划》。这将成为我国首部卫星导航领域的行政法规，为保护北斗系统提供可靠服务，提高北斗系统法制化管理水平。对比美国GPS 产业的发展特点：政府推动、军用和行业先行、逐步向信息服务领域发展等，中国的北斗导航也由政府推动，目前以军用、行业领域应用为主，市场空间超千亿元。我们认为，随着北斗导航技术和相关产业链的成熟，政府推动北斗民用是大势所趋，关注相关政策出台带来的市场波动。

北斗导航卫星系统是 GPS 和 GLONASS 后全球第三个成熟的卫星导航系统，目前已完成亚太地区区域组网，预计 2020 年完成全球组网。北斗卫星导航系统产业链已基本成型。其中卫星系统建设和地面配套设施建设由国家掌控，民营企业的重点发展领域在导航应用环节。应用环节已有众多公司参与其中，已构建起基础元器件、应用终端、系统应用和运营服务为一体的北斗产业链。

目前，众多互联网企业意图进军无人机市场——谷歌、亚马逊、facebook、腾讯、小米等互联网企业纷纷高调开展无人机业务，无人机成为“互联网+”与各行业融合的新亮点。

日前，中国民用航空局印发《关于进一步深化民航改革工作的意见》（简称《意见》），明确“ 十三五” 时期是实现民航强国战略构想的关键时期，今后五年要按照民航强国“ 两步走” 的推进方案，进一步深化民航改革，着力解决民航深层次矛盾和问题，到 2020 年初步建成民航强国。

5 月 15 日，适值西南交通大学 120 周年校庆之际，轨道交通前沿科技论坛在西南交通大学隆重举办。此次论坛受到了海内外学者积极响应和高度关注，共有 30 位中国科学院、中国工程院院士以及多位国（境）外专家参与交流。轨道交通前沿科技论坛还得到了我国轨道交通行业主管部门的大力支持，中国铁路总公司副总经理卢春房、国家铁路局党组成员郑健也专程参加。
