Trucks in Europe account for nearly 22% of vehicular emissions, while making up less than 5% of the total vehicles on the road. Nearly 6.3 million trucks are in use on the EU roads. Among them, nearly 96% run on diesel, about 1% run on petrol, and rest of the trucks run on other fuel types. In May 2018, the European Commission presented a legislative proposal for setting up the first ever CO2 emission standards for heavy-duty vehicles. A provisional agreement was reached on the same, in February 2019. As a first step, these standards are proposed for large lorries, which account for 65-70% of all emissions from heavy-duty vehicles.

本周公募基金中报全部和重仓持股披露完毕。根据 Wind 数据，2 季度大消费板块重仓持仓显著增长，截止 19 年 6 月末公募基金休闲服务重仓持股市值约为 105 亿（19Q1 为 76 亿）。从公募基金仓位来看，19 年中期重仓市值占基金净值比重 1.4%，较一季度末提升 0.3pct，相对行业市值/全 A 股市值，1、2 季度休闲服务分别超配 0.40 和 0.65pct；而从公募持仓市值/总流通股市值来看，2 季度休闲服务行业为 4.0%，环比 1 季度提升 0.9pct。
